What exactly is a 30 Day Challenge?  The 30 Day Challenge is a personal commitment to complete 30 yoga classes in 30 days throughout the month of September.  If you miss a day (or three), you can make them up by practicing a double when ever you need to.

And why should you participate?  Committing to a 30 day challenge is a great way to take part in a repetitive practice, increasing your fitness and skill level by stepping outside of your comfort zone and taking your yoga up a notch.  By committing to a practice for more than a couple weeks, it’s also a great way to start forming new and healthy habits, and building the confidence to change and inspire your life.

Beside the obvious health benefits, participating in a challenge is also a great way to plug into the yoga community around you, and get to know teachers and fellow students at YogaLife both on and off the mat.

All you need to do is sign up at the front desk, and commit yourself to completing 30 classes during the month of September.  There is no additional fee to enroll, just subscribe to our monthly unlimited rate of R645.  Finish the challenge, and you’ll be entered to win prizes, including a free month of yoga, YogiToes skidless towels, and more.
