Discovering yoga has been one of the greatest blessings in Carly’s life thus far. It continues to provide her with the tools she needs to be more present in her day to day life, to work with mindfulness and to show more compassion not only towards others but towards herself. She strongly believes that spending time on one’s mat is an essential investment in one’s mental and physical wellbeing.

Carly completed her 200hr Vinyasa Power Teacher Training at the YogaLife studio in 2012 and is honoured to be teaching at her second home. Her classes provide a combination of flow and strength training and the emphasis is always on having fun and being present and focused on and off one’s mat.

When she is not on her yoga mat she works as a physician in a medical emergency unit.
