It took only one class for Misha to find her way forward. The road she has walked was filled with challenges and through the practice of yoga, she found the life skills and tools to keep her focused, healthy and constantly growing. Misha successfully completed the 200-hour Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training in Denver, USA during March 2012 and a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training in Cape Town in 2011.
As with the poses we hold and the movements we need to make to get there, the discipline of yoga has become a part of Misha’s every step forward.
She sees yoga as so much more than asana on your mat; it is about the choices we make and the actions we take. She has embraced the beliefs of Forrest Yoga; Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. And brings all of these lessons and beliefs to her practice & teaching, blending personal growth with vibrant music, she believes that we have the ability to build and gain physical health and strength and also a place which our Spirit can call a home.
“No matter what happens, there is healing for you, if you are willing to do the work.” – Ana Forrest
